3, 5 and 7-layer cardboard
We match the number of layers to the product's weight and the journey the parcel will take. More flutes mean more resistance to compression.
Two flat liners and one flute. The standard for e-commerce, die-cut cartons and lighter products.

Frequently asked questions
The things customers ask most often before placing their first order.
Don't see your question? Get in touchDo you make custom packaging or only catalog items?
Both. Standard cartons — flap, moving, parcel-locker — are always in stock, and for an unusual product we draw the die-cut from scratch in our own design office, matched to size, weight and shape.
Which cardboard should I choose for my product?
Three layers work well for light shipments, five for heavier loads and pallet stacking, seven for oversized and heavy loads. You don't have to decide alone — we'll match the variant to your product and shipping method.
How long until I get a quote and finished packaging?
We usually send a quote within one business day. Standard lead time is 7 days from die-cut approval, and standard cartons without printing ship straight from our finished-goods warehouse.
Can you print my logo on the box?
Yes. We apply flexographic printing directly on the cardboard — logo, handling marks, instructions. Printing and die-cutting run in a single pass on the same line, so printing doesn't add to the lead time.
Can you handle large, recurring orders?
The line produces up to 10,000 boxes per hour running continuously. We handle large batches entirely in-house, without subcontracting, so quality and lead time don't depend on an outside plant.
Where do you deliver?
Anywhere in Poland, by truck from our hall in Częstochowa. We assemble and secure the pallets and deliver the whole order to the given address — no need to find a carrier or collect shipments in batches from a courier.

Artur Biegański
Sales department
The office is my second home — I'll reply before your coffee goes cold. I look after every customer, from a single parcel to a full truckload.

Maciej Pilicki
Sales department
You'll find me on the road more often than at my desk. I'll drive over, see the product in person and pick packaging that actually gets it there in one piece.

Marta Lisiewicz
Orders
Your order lands on my desk and I don't let it out of sight. I'll confirm the date and tell you when the goods will be at your door.

Paweł Matysiak
Owner
I built this company up from its first machine and I still sit down at the table myself for the bigger contracts. Need regular deliveries or unusual terms? Write to me — you'll get an answer on the spot, not after it's been passed around three departments.

Michał Kozieł
Production manager
I watch over your order from picking the board, through the cutting die and printing, to the last check before loading. I plan the machine schedule, so the deadline is on my head. Got a prototype or a die-cut nobody wants to take on? Call me — those are my favourite.
