What is the minimum order?
It depends on the format and type of box — for standard packaging we usually start from one pallet, and for custom die-cuts the minimum quantity is set during quoting. Tell us what you need and we'll work out a sensible batch size.
How long does an order take?
Standard lead time is 7 days from die-cut approval. Repeat orders with an existing cutting die can be faster, and standard cartons without printing ship straight from our finished-goods warehouse.
Do I get a prototype before production?
Yes. Our design office prepares the die-cut and a physical prototype of the box that you can test with your own product. Series production starts only after your approval.
Can you make a box in an unusual size?
Yes — we design every die-cut from scratch around the size, weight and shape of the product. You don't have to fit into a catalogue; the box should fit the product, not the other way round.
Can you print my logo?
Yes, we apply flexographic printing directly onto the board: logo, handling marks and instructions. Printing happens in the same pass as production, so it doesn't add to the lead time.
What does delivery look like?
End to end: we assemble the pallets, secure them for transport and deliver the whole order by truck to the address you give us, anywhere in Poland. No need to arrange a carrier or collect shipments in batches from a courier.
