Data you provide yourself in the contact form or in correspondence: your first name or company name, e-mail address or phone number, and the content of your message.

Technical data collected automatically by the server and by cookies: IP address, browser and device type, date and time of the visit, referring page address.

Replying to your enquiry and preparing a quote — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in conducting business correspondence).

Fulfilling orders and handling settlements — Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR (performance of a contract and our tax and accounting obligations).

Keeping the website secure and working correctly — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Providing your data is voluntary, but without an e-mail address or a phone number we cannot reply to your enquiry.

We keep business correspondence for as long as it is conducted and for the period in which related claims may still be pursued.

Data related to order fulfilment and accounting records are kept for 5 years, counted from the end of the calendar year in which the tax obligation arose.

Data may be shared with entities that support us technically and organisationally: hosting and e-mail providers, our accounting office, carriers handling delivery, and software vendors. They process the data solely on our instructions, under data processing agreements.

We do not sell data and we do not transfer it outside the European Economic Area, except where this results from using providers covered by the safeguards required by the GDPR.

You have the right to access your data, to rectify, erase or restrict its processing, the right to data portability, and the right to object to processing based on our legitimate interest.
